Coffee is one of the globally renowned and healthiest beverages. Drinking coffee has its own pros and cons on the human body. Two common types of coffee include black coffee and milk Coffee. Black coffee has higher amount of caffeine whereas milk Coffee has more number of calories.

Coffee generally contains a natural stimulant caffeine which can enhance the energy level, dopamine, mental health, noradrenaline neurons, age factor, improves the quality of skin, boost metabolism and aids digestion of an individual. However, intake of coffee has plethora of advantages because of the antioxidants it reduce the risk of diseases in heart, liver, brain, type 2 diabetes, aging signs, cancer, depression, inflammation and neurological as well as other diseases. The amount of caffeine present in the coffee doesn’t helps to wake up but it also works on the functioning of the body along with the brain to improve it’s memory and mood.

On the other hand, it results in lowering the cerebral blood flow which leads to the brain hypoperfusion and production of serotonin as the neurotransmitter for sleep. Coffee can be very unhealthy if folks drink it empty stomach or early in the morning it may lead to release of the excessive hydrochloric acid inside the digestive system. Rest of the masses drink coffee after a heavy meal because it helps digestion and maintenance of the diet plan for weight loss. Moreover, by consuming four or more cups of coffee regularly can result in reducing the excessive fat.

The major side effects of coffee are anxiety, restlessness, nervousness, headaches, nausea, vomiting, dehydration, heartburn, insomnia, fast heart and breathing rate etc. Roasted coffee beans generally contains a small element called acrylamide. The large amount of acrylamide is quite dangerous because it result in causing cancer.
