Prolonged restricted sleep make us more selfish because when a person is tired then it becomes hard to remember as well as concentrate on various things.

Sleep is the best medicine to cure every problem because it binds our health and body together.

Poor sleep can slow down the parts of the brain that are linked towards the social interaction as well as with feelings of others. In vogue, youngsters are trying to stay up late at night and skip a few hours of their precious sleep just to go out and enjoying for whole night can make them a bit inactive all day long.
